By using the services of Flickread and Apazine (services of Digital Edition Technology Ltd), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. For legal certainty, we recommend printing and storing a copy of these Terms for your records.
"Flickread": A digital magazine publishing platform, provided by Digital Edition Technology Ltd, Registered in England and Wales, Company Number: 06953138. Registered Office: 1 The Forum, Minerva Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, PE2 6FT
"Apazine": A white-label mobile app service provided by Flickread.
"Publisher": A user who uploads and distributes content via Flickread or Apazine.
"Reader": An end-user accessing published content.
"Services": The Flickread website platform, Apazine mobile app deployment, and any associated services.
To engage Apazine for app creation services, you must be an incorporated legal entity or an individual at least 18 years of age. To purchase or download an app developed by Apazine from an app store, you must be at least 13 years of age and reside in one of the permitted jurisdictions listed on our website or within our applications. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
As a user of the Services, you will be able to establish an account on the website or through an application. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. You should not reveal your account information to anyone else, or use anyone else’s account. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur on or through your account, and you agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security relating to your account. We shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your account.
Flickread Online Digital Publishing Platform: Enables publishers to upload and distribute digital magazines.
Apazine Mobile App Service: White-label mobile app creation and maintenance.
Flickread (Web Only)
- Rolling monthly service.
- One-month cancellation notice.
- No minimum contract.
Apazine
- 12-month minimum contract.
- 90-day written termination notice (not valid within initial 12 months).
- Each additional app starts a new 12-month term from live date.
Flickread: Monthly billing in advance. No refunds for unused time. One-month cancellation notice.
Apazine: Monthly in arrears from app go-live date. Charges may be collected via credit card or approved alternative methods. Failure to pay will incur fees and may lead to contract termination.
VAT or sales tax may apply depending on jurisdiction.
You may not:
(a) Copy or reproduce the Application or any Publication, other than as permitted by the license.
(b) Sell, resell, rent, lease, or loan the Application.
(c) Modify, adapt, translate, edit, or create derivative works of the Application.
(d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
(e) Use the Application or Publications outside of any guidelines we issue.
(f) Circumvent or attempt to remove technical protections on the Application or Publications.
(g) Publish any content for which you do not own the intellectual property rights.
Apazine reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules or any rules imposed by app distribution platforms such as Apple, Google, Amazon, or others.
All intellectual property rights in the Application and Publications remain with us or our licensors. Your use is also subject to limitations imposed by app stores.
We may occasionally apply upgrades or bug fixes to the Application. These changes will be subject to these same Terms and Conditions without requiring additional notice or consent.
As a user, you may establish an account on our website or through the application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You are also fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the unauthorized use of your account.
We will use reasonable care in providing our services. However, we do not guarantee that:
(a) The services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
(b) The services will be secure or free of viruses, attacks, or breaches.
You are responsible for backing up your own systems. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that some content may be offensive or objectionable. Your use of the services is at your own risk.

Apazine may update its software or services at any time.
Terms may be updated and will apply from their date of publication.
Digital Edition Technology reserves the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason it deems necessary, and to remove any content which it deems to be inappropriate for any reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes will be resolved through UK courts.
